The lift configuration caused confusion due to the lack of clear instruction, as rooms above 200 were located on the third floor, and returning to the hotel late presented difficulties with a darkened entry. Breakfast left much to be desired, limited options failed to meet expectations, particularly with a broken coffee machine and missing juice. During summer, the absence of air conditioning can be uncomfortable, particularly after an adventurous day.

The peace you find here is unreal! Waking up to those amazing forest views was such a treat. The staff were super helpful when one of our friend had a little emergency—they really went out of their way! Just watch out for the coffee at the outside kiosk. It’s not great, and the cups aren't sturdy at all.
